We understand that every household has different needs and budgets.  Maid You Happy offers a straight-forward suite of services, including:

The Initial, Top-to-Bottom, Move In/Out, or Vacation Rental Clean

During a Deep Clean, we focus on eliminating build up.  While you certainly do not need to "clean up" before we come, we ask that you do your best to unclutter by picking up clothes, toys, piles of papers, etc.

Customer Service Agreement

BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
  • We are not permitted to open glass doors (ie. china cabinets, curio, entertainment center, etc.).
  • We do not move heavy furniture.
  • Flat screen televisions will not be touched.
  • For the safety of our technicians, we do not pick up waste, blood, or feces (animal or human).
  • For the safety of our technicians, we do not clean urine except from toilets (animal or human).
  • For the safety of our technicians, we reserve the right to not clean a home and leave if it is in need of an exterminator, if it has a large volume of mold, if it has a strong unidentifiable stench, or if any pets or persons at or near the home become aggressive. If this occurs, customer will be prorated for the partial clean and if it occurs at the beginning, customer will only be charged the $50 cancelation fee.
  • We can not guarantee the results of wood, ceramic, wood blind, baseboard, floor, door, window sill, and trim cleaning.  Excessive build-up may require specialized cleaning and stain removal.  While we try to minimize dust in the air, please allow for some dust to settle after we clean blinds.
  • Due to insurance, we do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Some homes may have a chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we can not reach by hand.
  • For the safety of our technicians, we only change the bottom bedding on bunk beds.
  • If you have purchased a maintenance clean, but are hoping for a deep clean outcome, please notify us and we will adjust the job quote accordingly.
  • The home should be fairly cleaned up and organized, regardless of the type of clean, unless organization was part of the original cleaning agreement. If a home has significant clutter an additional organization charge will be applied to the clean.
  • You agree to allow cleaners to complete the items listed on the maintenance or deep clean checklist and not to request additional services from them without Maid You Happy consent. Feel free to call us and we can arrange additional services.
  • For cancellations not related to sickness, we must be notified 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid the cancellation fee of $50, which goes directly to the cleaner.

  • Hand wash wood blinds or shutters (in Top-to-Bottom blinds will be dusted)
  • Cleaning additional build-up in bathrooms beyond double-scrubbing during deep clean ($ depending on situation)
